There’s a very popular comic strip called “The Awkward Yeti” that started doing strips where the yeti’s heart, brain, and other organs appear outside his body and talk to him… or just talk to each other.
Clearly this phenomenon can’t happen within the Skitter universe without deadly consequences.
Yep! That would seem to be anyone’s reaction to the situation… O_o
